At The Perfume Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including the original sealed packaging, within 3 days of the delivery date. You’ll receive a full refund, minus shipping and gift-wrapping charges (If any).

To start a return, simply contact one of our friendly representatives via Whatsapp (+973 36051011). Once approved, Return the order back to our provided address. We aim to process refunds within two working days of receiving your package, and you’ll be notified via Whatsapp once your return has been processed. In many cases, you’ll receive your refund even faster!
